What we collect
- Contact and order details: name, company, phone number, email address, delivery and billing address, and Commercial Registration (CR) number if you give it.
- Order information: products ordered, payment method, delivery instructions and order history.
- Account information if you create an account: login email and an encrypted password.
- Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the cart, checkout and login.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including payment and warranty claims.
- To contact you about your order, delivery charges or quotations you request.
- To keep business and tax records as required by law.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal data. We only send marketing messages if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
Why we can use your data
We use your data to process your orders, to meet our legal obligations, for our legitimate business needs such as security and record keeping, or with your consent where the law requires it, for example for marketing or analytics cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only where needed: with delivery drivers or couriers to deliver your order, with our bank for payments, with our website host (RackNerd, whose servers are outside Qatar), our email provider and other IT providers, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers, such as our website host, email provider and WhatsApp (operated by Meta), may store data outside Qatar. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to keep your data protected.
Cookies
Today we only use essential cookies, which are needed to run the cart, checkout and your account. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies at the moment. If we add analytics cookies in the future, we will only use them if you accept them. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by Qatar law and for our accounts. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. We reply within 30 days. Contact us at [email protected]. We handle personal data in line with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on the protection of personal data. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the competent authority in Qatar.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No website can be fully secure, so please keep your password private.
Data breaches
If a breach of your personal data is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and the competent authority as required by law.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
